• Design air conditioning, HVAC & ventilationsystem (AC units) for controlling room, workshops, housing and other buildingsat WOC fields.
• Surveying sites for air conditioning andventilation systems, performing quality checks on above mentioned systems toensure the system working efficiently, finding the faults and carry out therequired maintenance.
• Perform the routine check for chiller equipment,HVAC and ventilation system at main WOC office (tower building).
• Design plumbing system for domestic water andsewage network for housing and building at all WOC locations. This includesdesign systems for portable water, sewer water, water drain and fire hydrantsystems.
• Handling all aspects for design process ofdomestic network including analyzing building, performing design calculations,and selecting appropriate equipment and materials for installation.
• Be able to design, perform calculations,preparing sketches/diagrams for firefighting systems at various WOC fields andlocations.
• Prepare bill of quantities and work breakdown.
• Design overhead Gantry crane which includespower, lifting capacity, lifting speed, rope load, travelling speed ----etc.for various WOC workshops.
• Be able to design and select a proper kitchenhood for WOC mess halls to ensure ultimately installed and operating safely.
• Building design including selection of theequipment size, capacity for AC, vent, water supply calculation, HVAC duct work& other engineering calculations.
• Develop engineering drawings, details and otherengineering deliverables.
• Liasing with surveyors, architectural and otherengineering professionals.
• Responsible for all necessary work forprocurement (air condition, ventilation, crane, domestic water and sewagesystem, firefighting system, lifts and Kitchen hood) design and verification inaccordance with codes and standers.
• Provide budgetary quotes for project estimates.
•  Worked on RFQ package for various projects (aircondition, ventilation, crane, domestic water, firefighting system, lifts andKitchen hood), prepared ITP package, prepared scope of work, prepared equipmentdata sheet and technical specification.
• Technical evaluation of vendors quotes /offers,issue awarding of the project to successful bidder.
• Review and approve vendor document during detaildesign.
• Coordinate with different discipline or otherdepartments & sections for clarifying technical issues during projectperiod.
• Managing projects involving installing ordismantling equipment, and follow up the project progress.
• Review and approve amended/changes throughprocurement stage. 

Perfil Pretendido

• Provide technical support for various mechanical projects.
• Final check, inspection and commissioning.
• Review all drawings and approval of materials related to MEP works.
• Design of HVAC including CFM calculation, unit location finalization, duct designing, heat load calculation & Air balancing etc.
• Central Plant, Package unit and Split Air-conditioning unit installation works, comprising planning, scheduling, Co-coordinating with vendors, Heat Load Estimation , Equipment selection, Duct, CHW Pipe Design & Sizing, ESP Calculation, Pump Head Calculation, Workshop Drawing & Material Submittal preparation, Materials & Fittings take off and Execution of Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Air Handling Unit with Heat Recovery Wheel, Fan Coil Units, Treated Fresh Air, Ventilation Fans, Air washers, Air Curtains, Package Unit, Chillers, CHW Pumps, BMS Control and Control Valves etc.
• Supervision and inspect the installation, modification and commissioning of HVAC systems at sites.
• Design and review the Building Automation system for all HVAC equipment’s.
• Ensure that the design, installation, inspection and testing of all MEP equipment, fittings and works implemented meets WOC specifications.
• Plumbing design including domestic cold/hot water supply system, sanitary sewage/grease waste system, Storm water/Rainwater harvesting system and Firefighting system.
